London - Britain
The travel and tourism industry gathered in the British capital, London, during the TTG Travel Industry Awards 2026 ceremony, which was held on September 23 inside the famous Roundhouse Hall in Camden, to honor a group of companies, professionals and entities that emerged in the sectors of tourism, cruises, hotels, technology and sustainability during the year.
A night that brought together more than 850 specialists
The event, organized by TTG Media in collaboration with Seat Unique, represented one of the most prominent nights for the travel industry in the United Kingdom and Ireland, after TTG had announced that the event would bring together more than 850 travel industry professionals. British journalist and comedian Sue Perkins hosted the evening, which combined award distribution, professional networking, and celebration of influential companies and individuals in the sector.

Sustainability and ease of travel are at the forefront
The 2026 edition was not limited to commercial performance, as it allocated a group of categories for more sustainable, inclusive and accessible travel. In this context, the Turkish Tourism Promotion and Development Agency (TGA) won the Destination for Change award, while World Accessible Holidays won the Affordable Holidays Provider award, and the Positive Impact award went to Hurtigruten.
The end of a phase...and a new date in 2027
The evening carried a special significance, as it was the last edition of the Travel Industry Awards in its current form. During the ceremony, TTG announced TTG Nexus, a new two-day professional event that will be held in Birmingham during April 2027, and will in the future include the Travel Industry Awards and TTG Top 50 Travel Agencies under one umbrella.
