The program provides participants with the opportunity to work as full-time employees at the company's headquarters in Abu Dhabi and Dubai. The journey begins with a foundational phase during which members become acquainted with all the company's departments, starting with culinary arts, health and safety, and purchasing, all the way to marketing, finance, and human resources. After completing this stage, participants move to the specialization stage, which allows them to choose one of three future paths: assuming leadership positions in operations, establishing their own projects, or developing a business idea that receives support and direct investment from the company.
