The Public Investment Fund announced the launch of the "Gulf Coast Real Estate Development Company", in a step that places Al-Khafji Governorate on the Gulf tourism map as an integrated coastal destination, befitting the beauty of its quiet beaches and turquoise waters on the Arabian Gulf.

Extensive beaches and an exceptional experience

The project extends over a 10-kilometre-long waterfront, within an area of 20 square kilometers, to be a haven for lovers of the sea and tranquility. This destination comes to keep pace with the growing tourism movement witnessed by Al-Khafji, which its visitors describe as a “dreamy city” with its beautiful sandy beaches and moderate climate during the winter and spring.

Entertainment facilities suitable for the family

When the project is completed, the destination will include 1,400 hotel units providing charming views, designated boat marinas that allow unforgettable cruise trips, in addition to commercial and entertainment facilities that meet the needs of families. The development is taking place in three phases, with the first phase being completed by 2030, to be the nucleus of a vibrant tourism community.
