Private pool villas, floating breakfasts and escapes to secluded beaches... The resort is targeting couples from the GCC with romantic stays starting from three nights on Mahé Island.

Mahé, Seychelles – Al Rehla

As the winter wedding season approaches, Hilton Seychelles Northolme Resort & Spa has unveiled two experiences designed specifically for newlyweds, combining stays in private villas overlooking the Indian Ocean with relaxation and marine adventures. The move aims to attract travellers from Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries seeking distinctive honeymoon destinations.

Located on the northern coast of Mahé Island in the Seychelles archipelago, the resort is approximately a four-and-a-half-hour direct flight from the UAE. It is surrounded by tropical gardens and offers views of the Indian Ocean's turquoise waters.

Private Villa and Breakfast on the Water

The "Rock Pool Villa" package offers a stay of at least three nights in a villa featuring a private swimming pool. The experience includes a floating breakfast for two, a romantic bath experience and two 60-minute massage sessions.

The villas allow couples to enjoy privacy and panoramic sea views, complemented by sunset cocktails and special in-room touches. The experience is designed around comfort, tranquillity and an escape from the crowds of busy tourist destinations.

A Lovers' Escape to a Secluded Beach

The "Lovers' Journey" package, meanwhile, offers a three-night stay combining relaxation with island exploration. It includes daily breakfast and an excursion to a secluded beach, complete with a specially prepared picnic basket for two.

The experience gives couples the opportunity to discover a quieter side of Mahé, away from conventional tourist activities, while taking in the island's coastal scenery and tropical landscapes.

Marine Adventures and Coral Reef Conservation

The experience extends beyond accommodation, with the resort offering snorkelling, kayaking, yoga sessions and spa treatments, alongside a "Coral Reef Safari" that allows guests to explore marine life.

The resort also works with the Seychelles Marine Conservation Society on initiatives related to coral reef protection, adding an environmental dimension to the guest experience.

These offers reflect a growing trend among luxury resorts towards creating personalised experiences that bring together privacy, nature and activities tailored to couples. This approach further strengthens Seychelles' appeal as a honeymoon and romantic holiday destination, particularly among Gulf travellers during the winter season.
