Voyada demonstrates a 10-day South Korea trip booking covering flights, hotels and transfers, while its partner TripToGo reports $81 million in bookings since the beginning of 2026.
London – United Kingdom – Al Rehla
Voyada, an AI-powered travel technology platform, demonstrated a complete booking process at World Travel Market (WTM) London 2026, arranging a 10-day trip to South Korea that included flights, hotels, transfers and payment, all initiated through a natural-language conversation without requiring separate searches for individual services.
The live demonstration took place on November 5, 2026, at WTM London's Future Stage, where Voyada representative Luke Sun showcased how a traveller's written request could be transformed into a complete, bookable itinerary, highlighting a practical application of artificial intelligence in the travel industry.
Booking an Entire Trip Through One Conversation
Voyada operates a platform that integrates services from airlines, hotels, tour operators, transportation providers and local tourism businesses, allowing travellers to build multi-component trips through a single interface.
The technology targets individual travellers, tourism companies and travel agencies, offering booking solutions that can operate under agencies' own brands, support multiple languages and currencies, and provide access to human assistance when needed.
TripToGo Reports $81 Million in Bookings
TripToGo, a company specializing in travel distribution and booking fulfillment for businesses, participated in the demonstration and uses Voyada's technology to support its services.
The company reported $81 million in bookings from the beginning of 2026 through the exhibition, compared with a total of $28 million during 2025.
Jesse Bolduc, a TripToGo representative, explained that the technology enables travel agencies to present suitable travel options directly to customers instead of relying on traditional searches through extensive lists of available services.
However, the company did not disclose how much of its booking growth was directly attributable to artificial intelligence or how many reservations had been completed entirely through automated conversations.
Could AI Transform the Travel Agency Business Model?
These technologies could enable travel agencies to combine search, itinerary planning, booking and payment within a single customer experience while maintaining their own brand identity.
However, the commercial success of this model depends on accurate booking confirmations, transparent pricing and cancellation policies, secure payments and reliable human support when reservations need to be modified or travel disruptions occur.

For Arab travellers, such systems could eventually make it possible to request a family holiday within a specific budget, combining suitable hotels, transportation and child-friendly activities in a single booking.
However, the London demonstration does not establish that all these capabilities are available across every market. Travellers should therefore verify actual service availability, booking conditions and payment terms before confirming their reservations.
