Ankara - Türkiye
The state of Mugla, located in southwestern Türkiye, is heading towards a new stage in the world of hospitality, following the launch of the Fethiye Chamber of Commerce and Industry, a comprehensive interactive digital platform that provides a comprehensive guide for travelers. The platform, available in four international languages: English, Russian, Chinese and German, allows visitors to explore the landmarks of the Fethiye and Sidekimer regions with ease. The map includes the latest information about beaches, bays, archaeological sites, cycling and hiking trails, in addition to necessary services such as on-duty pharmacies, giving the tourist an uncomplicated experience.
Extensive experiences between nature and history
The initiative aims to distribute tourist traffic intelligently and not be limited to the famous traditional attractions, as the map highlights less-explored natural paths and revives cruise tourism and registered local cuisine. In this regard, Osman Cırali, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Fethiye Chamber of Commerce and Industry, explained the philosophy of the initiative by saying: “
Our goal is to make our guests' experience easier, highlight lesser-known trails, and enable visitors to stay longer for diverse experiences.
He stressed his confidence that the digital map will contribute to expanding the scope of tourism movement to include broader areas and places.
Promising prospects for investment and Arab residency
This platform opens new horizons for the Gulf and Arab traveler and investor alike, as it simplifies the processes of pre-planning trips through reliable and direct data without the need for travel agents. On the business level, these digital facilities constitute a strong impetus for pumping Arab investments into the fields of hospitality, restaurants, and entertainment complexes that meet the aspirations of Arab families, especially with the rise of the Muğla coast, which extends between the Aegean Sea and the Mediterranean, as one of the most attractive and popular destinations in the region.
Sustainable and competitive on the international map
Digital tourism transformation strengthens Muğla Province’s position at the forefront of global destinations for environmental and historical diversity. Sector experts believe that the interactive map will contribute to extending the tourist season to include all seasons of the year, attracting new categories of adventure and recreation enthusiasts, and being compatible with modern standards of sustainable tourism.
